Once again, our curator Jean Makin did a fantastic job designing our season poster announcement. Thank you, Jean!
(If you like the poster, I’m working on a printable version to download from our website. Check http://ASUArtMuseum.asu.edu for this 11×13 poster you can have free!)
The Defining Sustainability season is slowly starting to ramp up here at the museum. Join us for our first event on August 28, from 6:30 – 8 p.m. at the Ceramics Research Center: the opening reception for the Postcommodity site-specific installation and intervention, Do You Remember When?. A blessing will be performed at 7PM to honor Indigenous/non-Indigenous collaboration and cooperation for a sustainable future.
And if you’d like to talk with both our curator of ceramics, Peter Held, and the artists of Postcommodity, you can also attend our Conversations @11 series- also on August 28, at 11 a.m.
All of our events at ASU Art Museum are free and open to the public. Be part of the creativity and conversation at ASU Art Museum!
