Thank you!

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week for the Tempe Chamber of Commerce – we had more than 100 people attend despite the nasty rain! It was a very successful event  and we were thrilled to welcome new visitors to the museum.

This event would not have been quite as good without our partners. A special thanks to our co-sponsor Heidi Veil of Heidi’s Events & Catering – it just doesn’t get any better.  Susan Brooks, owner of Cookies From Home, also donated some fabulous trays of cookies to the event. (And did you know they have a really adorable gift shop in their store?) With all the new faces to meet and impromptu museum tours I wasn’t able to take photos, but a new friend, Nick of Rail Life, sent me this one of us taken by our Curator John with Nick’s camera.

Thank you again everyone and  have happy holidays!!
